1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Anjaneya Gold Point website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who submits an enquiry through the Site.

3. Service Charges

Our published fee structure at the time of writing is:

• Gold: 3% service fee deducted from the gross gold value.
• Silver: 8% service fee deducted from the gross silver value.
• Melting charge: A flat ₹100 charge applies where melting is required.

These fees are subject to change. The applicable charges are confirmed to you at the time of the in-store transaction before any sale is completed. No additional or hidden charges are applied without your prior knowledge and consent.

4. Eligibility to Sell

By presenting items for sale at Anjaneya Gold Point, you confirm that:

• You are the lawful owner of the item(s) being presented, or you are otherwise legally authorised to sell them.
• The items are free of any lien, pledge, or encumbrance that would prevent their sale, except in cases where the Release Gold service is being used specifically to clear such a pledge.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required for every transaction. A PAN card or equivalent documentation may be required for transactions exceeding applicable statutory thresholds. We reserve the right to decline any transaction where satisfactory identification or documentation cannot be provided, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the items are not legitimately owned.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Rate Sources

Gold and silver rates displayed or referenced on this Site are indicative only, sourced from general bullion market indices for informational purposes. Anjaneya Gold Point is not liable for any discrepancy between these indicative rates and the rates quoted by any third party, bank, jeweller, or other buyer. The rate applicable to your transaction is confirmed at the counter at the time of your visit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, the Anjaneya Gold Point name, logo, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Anjaneya Gold Point and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Subject to the above, Anjaneya Gold Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any information on it — including losses arising from reliance on any online estimate or calculator result. Our liability in relation to any completed in-store transaction is governed by the terms agreed at the time of that transaction.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
